Discounts with Swiss Half Fare Card

Hi,

My family is planning a 5-day trip to Switzerland during May school break. We will be visiting Mount Titlis, taking Golden Round trip and go to Jungfraujoch. I am planning to take a half fare card for the trip. Does the half fare card provide discounted tickets on Golden Round Trip and Mount Titlis?
