Domodossola to Brig advice

Hi

I'm travelling in a party of 2 adults + 2 children (ages 11, 13)

I have tickets booked with Italian rail from Milan to Domodossola (EC56). I have swiss half fare cards and family cards. I want to pre purchase tickets to Brig and stay on the train. Do I have to purchase tickets for the kids (ages 11, 13) on the SBB website or will they travel free?
