• The promotion is only available on the websites mentioned above;
• You can activate your passes up to 6 months after purchase;
• The promotion expires on September 15, 2015.

Update: the above promotion is now only available for 1st class passes.

It is cheaper to buy it from the GCC website which I did. The US one was more expensive even after 50 USD discount.

That could certainly be right if you need a pass for more than 1 person, since the $50 off applies to the whole order, not each pass. Anyway, since you're from Saudi Arabia the GCC website makes sense for you anyway.

I need to buy 3 (all adults) swiss travel passes for 4 consecutive days from 21st Sep to 24th Sep 2015.

You can find the lowest prices through www.raileurope-world.com/pass/swiss-pass. Be sure not to order last minute as they usually need a few days to process the order and e-mail the pass to you. A list of retailers can be found on myswissalps.com/ swisstravelpass/price.
