Swiss Family Card – can get after rail pass order?

    Hi , I missed buying family card while buying the Swiss Half Fare Card. I bought 5 half fare cards for the family , my son is 14 and is eligible for a free card . Please let me know how can i get the family card online.

    Hi Supriya22,

    I don’t believe the company can send out Swiss Family Cards individually. You can contact the company and ask of course.

    All you need to do is pop into a Swiss railways office when you arrive and show them your Swiss Half Fare Cards and they can give you the Swiss Family Card.
