    Hi Sheila,

HappyRail states on their website that the Swiss Travel pass (is that the pass you are speaking about?) are emailed within 30 minutes.

But that would be during business hours only which has ended for the day here. At this point I would buy your Swiss Travel Pass at the airport upon arrival.

This is for the Bernese Oberland Pass. Where can I buy this? We are flying to Zurich. Also – isn’t it only 2:57pm in Switzerland? What time does the business day end there?

Thank you for your help – I had ordered 1 child pass for Bernese Oberland Pass as a “test” but now I’m worried I won’t recieve it in time to print it up:(. Is there anything I can do about this?

HappyRail states that the Swiss Travel Pass will be sent out within 30 minutes but the Regional Pass – Bernese Oberland is 1 working day. So you could order now and print it at hotel when you arrive. Where is your first overnight? This would work well if you overnight in Zurich or Geneva when you arrive.

Otherwise you can buy it any station in the Bernese Oberland (Bern or Luzern is usually the first town people come to in the region). Montreux would also work if you come from Geneva.

you can see the coverage area for the Bernese Oberland Regional Pass here: https://www.myswissalp s.com/regionalpassbern eseoberland/validity
