    Hello All,

First time poster. I am travelling with my wife to Switzerland for our “delayed” honeymoon due to the pandemic.

We have already gotten the 8 Day Swiss Travel Pass for both of us. We will be in Switzerland from 18-26th July.

We wanted to book tickets for Mt. Titlis on 24th and are trying to book from the official website. After choosing the Engelberg-Titlis | Round-trip (Half fare card/general abonnement) option, we are told that This Tariff Requires an SwissPass and to Enter your SwissPass.

When we try to enter the details, It wants a number which starts with a letter and followed by 11 numeric digits.

The problem is that our swisspass tickets do not container such a number anywhere. Due to this we are unable to proceed and book the tickets.

Is there a step required that we are skipping because of which this is happening? Really confused about this issue and will really appreciate any help regarding this.

    Thanks in advance,

    Ashish.

    Hi Ashish0303,

The Swiss Pass is mainly for residents. If you have a Swiss Travel Pass, you can buy the ticket online here. Various other options are available here: http://www.myswissalps.com/titlis/tickets

    Hello Ashish,

As a tourist you don’t need a SwissPass account, and you don’t have to add products to it either. Please see “Swiss Travel Pass, Swiss Pass and SwissPass” at http://www.myswissalps.com/swisstravelpass/details for explanation.

As Anna mentioned, your Swiss Travel Pass and discounted Titlis ticket are enough.
