Hello,

We are visiting Switzerland next month and will be spending about 3 days in Zurich. We’re looking for ideas/places to visit there. So far we have put in Grossmünster, Fraumünster, Zurich West, Kunsthaus Museum, Lindenhof platz and Zurich altstadt in general. Is there anything else that might be interesting to see if it’s our first time in Zurich?

We’re considering going a bit beyond Zurich (Schaffhausen or Zug) if there’s not much to do in the city itself – would welcome any suggestion for a day trip as well 🙂 (1-2 hours train ride away from Zurich).

Have a look at this trip report. St Gallen is definitely worth a look as is a day trip to Luzern.
