We are planning a trip to Switzerland and we we’re coming from Milan to Interlaken. What is the best way to come to Interlaken from Milan. We’re staying in Interlaken for 3 nights, so what are the best places to visit while we’re there. Afterwards, we’re going to Lucerne for 2 days. Do you have any suggestions of what to do in Lucerne for 2 days? After this we’ll be going to Zurich for 2 days, do you have any suggestions for this leg of the trip as well?
We are a party of three, 2 adults and a 15 year old. Do you have any suggestions for travel passes. We are thinking of the Swiss Pass, is this ok?
We’re also thinking of doing the Glacier Express and Golden Pass train. How can we incorporate that in our iternerary?

We just returned from Switzerland. It was my husband, myself, and our 14 year old daughter. We visited Lucerne during for 2 nights during our 11 day trip. I suggest you visit Mt. Pilatus and also take a boat ride out to Burgenstock Resort and hike to Hammetschwand Elevator. Look them both up. Awesome.

The Glacier Express does not fit your itinerary, but the Golden Pass line is possible. If you want to see all of the Golden Pass line, you would need to travel from Milan to Montreux and then follow the line to Interlaken from there. You can see the rest of the line on your way to Lucerne.
