I am planning to book N accommodation with nice veiw of lake and mountain in interlaken or bern or any nearby . We are family with 5 month old baby and 4 years old kid. And we targeted ana apartment but when we add the kid the price rises by 105 chf by 3 night although there is no breakfast and he is still sleeping with us i saw it unfair . is there Any accommodation that doesn't count the children as an adult? Or any accommodation with budget of 220 chf in 3 nights. Thanks in advance

Hi Neveen Mosal,

Welcome to MySwissAlps!

I'm sorry you are having issues with securing accommodation for your trip. Have your tried these links?

Be sure to read the hotel/rental policies pertaining to children. Some properties are more children-friendly than others and allow free use of existing beds by infants and small children. Some will charge extra for cribs and additional beds. Also, almost all hotels and rentals will charge you extra for tourist tax. This is calculated per person per night. You can find more details here: www.myswissalps.com/accommodation/touristtax

Regards,

Anna

When?

Prices adjust upward in busy times, and, "fair' is what someone else is willing to pay. Especially in resort towns with seasonal peak demand.
