Hi Ahishams and welcome to MySwissAlps.com!
Yes, you can visit Interlaken from Milan, if you buy a Saver Day Pass that will be valid in Switzerland for your journey. Please find the validity map here: www.myswissalps.com/saverdaypass/validity
You can buy the Saver Day Pass here: www.myswissalps.com/saverdaypass/price
Note, that they can run out and usually if you buy them earlier they are cheaper.
If you are in Interlaken I recommend visiting the Harder Kulm: www.myswissalps.com/harderkulm/ The funicular is not included in the Saver Day Pass, you should buy a ticket.
