Hi

I will be in Switzerland this week from 14 to 22 sep and plan to visit mount titlis on 15 sep (thurs) and to jungfrau on 18 sep (sun). The weather forecast indicates that rain will be expected on Mount titlis on 15 sep. And snowing is expected on jungfrau on 18 sep. I would like your advice if it's worth traveling up the titlis and jungfrau given the weather.

My itinerary is as follows:

1.14 sep - lucerne

2.15sep-mount titlis

3.16sep-interlaken, Lake brienz, harder kulm

4.17sep-bern

5.18sep-jungfrau

6.19sep-basel & colmar

7.20sep-zurich

Can you advice given the wet weather forecast is the above doable or if you have other alternatives to suggest.

Br

You can visit the Titlis and Jungfraujoch with rain or snow, but you see nothing because you are in the clouds. Only with good weather and blue sky you have very nice views...........

Hi Fiona,

You'd better decide the prior evening when the forecast is (mostly) reliable. The weather forecast for the 18th is just a best guess at this moment. It could be right or totally wrong. You'll find alternative things to do on our Lucerne and Interlaken pages. The boat trips mentioned there could still be nice in light rain.
