I would like some suggestion on travel pass. For the following 5-6 days trip to Switzerland

Day1 – Zurich Airport to Lucerne, Mt Titlis Tour

Day2 – Mt Pilatus Tour, Evening in Berne

Day3 – Lucerne to Interlaken [Via Chur, Brig using Glacier Express]

Day4 – Jungfraujoch Tour, Visit Thun or Spiez

Day5 – Visit Montreux using Golden Pass route

Day6 – Leave for Dijon from Interlaken

Q1. Shall I go for Swiss Travel Pass or Swiss Half Fare? Which will be better for flexibility, convenience and easy on my wallet

Q2. As you see from above, I will have heavy need of pass for first 5 days, but passes are available for 3, 4 or 8 days, any suggestion as to how to cover first 5 days if not all 6 days?

Q3. Do you think it is a very busy & hectic schedule?

    regards

    Hello YashFamily,

Q1. The Swiss Travel Pass seems more suitable here, as you will travel a lot. You can compare passes as explained here.

Q2. Many people buy an 8-day pass for a 6 or 7 day trip, if it’s the easiest and/or cheapest option. You can do the math through the link in Q1.

Q3. Yes, it’s pretty busy, but it can be done.
