When to buy ticket Zurich-Interlaken-Jungfraujoch

    We fly to Zurich and take the train to Interlaken 28th May , we plan to purchase the Swiss travel pass .

    we would like to visit the Jungfrau on Sunday 1st June , is it necessary to buy the pass for this in advance ? What is the advantage of buying it in advance ? Do we need to book a seat ?

    You don’t need to buy a Jungfraujoch ticket in advance or “book a seat”. Best to wait to see if the weather is favourable.

    Hello Senorajune1,

    As Rockoyster says it’s normally best to buy the tickets when you know the weather will be fine. You can still buy the tickets online if you want to, or simply at the train stations once you’re here.
