Motorway vignette required for motorcycle?

    We are travelling through Switzerland in May this year. Do I need a vignette to travel on motorways for a large motorcycle? If so how much is it?

    Hi Beemer,

    Yes, all vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes need a motorway vignette at a cost of 40chf (heavier vehicles cost more). Further details and how to buy online (you can also buy when crossing the border) can be found here.
