Alpnachstad boat dock walk to Pilatus cogwheel

    Hi

    I am planning to return back to Lucerne via Alpnachstad by Boat, need a clarification, do we have to walk a distance of about 1.6 KM from Alpnachstad station to Alpnachstad SEE or is there a underpass from the train station to the ferry station?

    I walked that very route 9 months ago. It’s a direct shot from the Pilates cogwheel station to the boat. The station, train station, and boat launch are within a few minutes of each other. There’s no “km”” involved.

    There is an underpass to get across the highway yes. I think the walk should take 5-7 minutes if I had to guess.
