My order of swiss pass via Swiss Travel System

Hello, i've placed an order for my swiss pass via Swiss Travel System (STC Switzerland Travel Centre) two weeks ago.
Thanks to advice it's normally takes how long for them to delivered our order to Malaysia?
I'm worried that i couldnt receive my order before my trip to SW in the coming Nov.
Could you pls provide me their contact number/ details?

Hello chihying82,

Switzerland Travel Centre normally ships 2 weeks before your first travel day. From then, it takes 5 business days to Malaysia. If you have received a confirmation e-mail after ordering, everything should be fine, but you can contact them for details if you want.
