Switzerland – The land of wonder !! The land of Dreams. The land where the people are ever so friendly and caring. People are so active and healthy young and old – puts me to shame ! People are so honest its so hard to believe.

Arrival : Zurich airport : buy the Swiss Travel Pass ahead of time, saves you time. The SBB counter is located on the Check-In area. as you come out of the escalators its to your right – SBB office. you can purchase your pass at the airport. Best to buy ahead of time if you can.

The train platform is 1 floor below the check -in floor. The SBB trains are always on time, great train system. very clean and Safe !!!!. My daughter and I travelled everywhere during day and night and no concerns at all.

There are boards that show you the connections of the trains based on time, also the SBB ticket office can help you find your way around. Very easy to figure out, look at the time frame and you will see all the train departure times and locations.

Just remember if you buy 2nd class you sit in the 2nd class and make sure you have your ticket/travel pass on you otherwise you will be fined. The conductors are very friendly and nice.

Departure Zurich Airport : no terminals, if you take Taxi just ask them to drop you to your airline. if you take train, then you have to make your way up to the gates for your airline. we took taxi.
