online booking of swiss pass

I'm not sure where you ordered, but I guess it was swisstravelsystem.co.u k, right? Processing your order does not take 2 to 3 weeks. You may have seen a message that explained about when passes will be processed if people order well in advance. For example: if people order 4 months ahead of time, they will ship the passes 2 to 3 weeks before the departure date. In your case they should ship right away. Their free delivery option takes about 5 days. I would recommend to contact them though, to be 100% sure.
