Paragliding where and with who?

I will be going to switzerland in february. I am thinking of doing paragliding. i will be staying at a hotel in Lauterbrunnen so i was wondering whether i should do paragliding over lauterbrunnen or Interlaken. Further, any specific company that anyone could recommend? Thanks
