    Hello!

    I need some help please!

I am traveling from Paris to Interlaken at the end of May and want to travel by train. My main concern is transporting luggage… I’ve read I can send it ahead but only if it weighs 25lbs or less. What if it weighs more? Would I just have to take it on the train with me? Or is there another way I can go about sending my luggage ahead of me?

Thank you so much for your help!!!! I really do appreciate it 🙂

Maybe read this http://www.seat61.com/luggage -on-european-trains.htm. Luggage is no big deal on trains.

    Hi Jackie,

    >> but only if it weighs 25lbs or less.

I suspect that should be 25 kg (55 lbs).

    Hi Jackie,

If you can get it on a plane you can get it on a train is my motto. 😎

    Hi Jackie,

I’m not aware of a reliable luggage service between France and Switzerland, but if you know one, please share. Taking it on the train yourself is no problem. There are good services within Switzerland: http://www.myswissalps.com/tr ain/practical/luggage.
