    Hi all,
I have purchased my BO Regional Pass and printed out a couple copies. When i get to Switzerland, do i need to have it validated oe trade it in for something before i get on my first train in the validated area?
    Thank you!

railway ‘passes’ aka ‘rover tickets’ of the tourist type never need further validation once you have the paperwork in your hand and have paid up.

It depends whether you have the actual Pass or a voucher to acquire a pass.

The BO Regional Pass was not previously available for electronic delivery but that may have changed.

No validation required just keep the printout to show to Ticket inspector or show it on your mobile. They just scan the QR code.

    Hello Cr91958,

As already confirmed multiple times NO validation is needed.

Find helpful information and input on the Regional Pass Bernese Oberland in the different tabs of below link:

    Hi Steph,

Why doesn’t it say anything at http://www.myswissalps.com/re gionalpassberneseoberl and/price about electronic delivery?

    Hi Rockoyster,

You’re right, I will change that today. Print@home isn’t available through all retailers but this will be improved, hopefully this year.
