Places to visit in and around Bulle Switzerland

We are a family of three people and have a day to spend in Bulle on 06 December 2014. Can you give any suggestions for what all places to visit and do( including possibility of cruise in the lake near Bulle).

The nearby lake is the 'Lac de la Gruyère', but boat trips are only offered on Sundays between May and October (see www.ogoz.ch). Some other suggestions are:
