Please advise 6 senior ladies for rail travel

We need rail passes from Zurich to Murren, rail or cog to Schilthorn, and back to Zurich for a total of 3 days August 30, 31, and September 1. There are 6 senior ladies traveling together, age 60 and older. Any advice for the best value? 2nd class travel would be okay, I think.

Welcome Peggy! The cheapest option would be to buy Swiss Cards for all travelers. Those will provide free trips from Zurich to Mürren and back. All further trips you plan to make from Mürren, including the Schilthorn, will be discounted by 50%.
