Tickets or pass for Lucerne, Interlaken, Montreux?

We arrive in ZRH on the 10th of August and would be travelling to Lucerne on the same day . We stay 2 days in Lucerne and then go on to Interlaken. After 2 days there we go to Montreux fo a day and on the 15th we return back to ZRH airport.

The question is do I buy point to point 1st class tickets or buy a first class Travel Pass ? Which would be cheaper ?

Buying regular tickets is almost certainly the most expensive option. Your best options to compare are the 8-day Swiss Travel Pass and the Swiss Half Fare Card.
