We are a group of 4 adults and plan to drive from Zurich to Geneva over a period of 9 days with stops in Lausanne (2 nights), Interlaken (4 nights), Zermatt (1 night). We plan to visit all or most of the tourist attractions enroute, my question is would buying the Swiss Travel Pass help in getting sufficient discounts on other transport and rides to justify their price. Thanks, Sham

    Hi ShamB,

    Welcome to MySwissAlps.

If you’re travelling with a car and planning a number of mountain excursions too, it might be practical to get the Swiss Half Fare Card. With the SHFC, you save on paying full prices for mountain transportation such as cable cars, gondolas and cogwheel trains. You can find more information about this pass here: http://www.myswissalps.com/swisshalffarecard
