Hello! So I have 2 Bernese Oberland passes in my shopping cart. I want to buy our Jungfraujoch tickets as well. There are two boxes you can check off for discounts: one for the Swiss Travel Pass and one for Swiss Half Fare Card / Half Fare Travelcard / GA Travelcard (GA). Which one do I check off to get my discount? Please advise. Thank you 🙂

    Hi Mbeaulieu726,

could you please tell me where are you looking at this? Which page? So I can have a look too. You should get the Jungfraujoch tickets for CHF 99 for a return ticket (train from Eigergletscher to Jungfraujoch) with the Regional-Pass Bernese Oberland.

Swiss Travel Pass would give you 25% off from the train ticket from Grindelwald or Wengen to Jungfraujoch, while the Swiss Half Fare Card gives you 50% off from the price of the train from Interlaken, Grindelwald, Wengen or any other town to Jungfraujoch. So none of the above mentioned (by you) is the correct one.

Let me have a look at that too, are you buying here: http://www.myswissalps.com/jungfraujoch/tickets or http://www.myswissalps.com/regionalpassberneseoberland/price?

Anyway, when do you want to go to the Jungfraujoch? Usually, we recommend not to buy your mountain tickets in many days advance as first, you should check the weather forecast (http://www.myswissalps.com/weather/forecast). If it is rainy you might want to reschedule your mountain trip. You can buy through your rail pass in advance, as there is not such a thread with it.

Hi! Yes, I have 2 BO regional passes in a shopping cart through the link you provided. I also used the link you provided to get to the Jungfrau tickets but I do not see anything on there that entitles a BO passholder a discount. I do see the discounts for the other passes, but not the one I’m interested in purchasing. See attached photo. I don’t know what I have to do to get these discounted tickets. Please help 😊

So, we had a quick research and currently, the only option to get a CHF 99 ticket is to buy it at the counter at one of the train stations in the Jungfrau region.

I recommend buying the Regional-Pass bernese Oberland online in advance and then after you’ve arrived you can get your Jungfrau tickets at the train station.

You can get your pass here: http://www.myswissalps.com/regionalpassberneseoberland/price

Thank you! I’m perfectly fine doing it this way! We’ll get our Jungfrau tickets when we get there and we can pick a day with promising weather. Thank you for your help! 99 days and counting ✈️
