I already purchased a Swiss Travel Pass (2nd class) but cannot seem to make online reservations for June 18 after 12 PM without paying for a ticket. Where can I go? Maui

I’m not sure where you tried, but you can book seat reservations here without being asked to buy a ticket as well: https://www.happyrail. com/en/pass/europe/swi tzerland/passholder-fares-golden-pass. Please find more details about reservations here: http://www.myswissalps.com/go ldenpass/tickets.

Is the CHF 18 charge that I am seeing on the happyrail website a fee for making the reservation itself?
