    Hi Rockoyster,

I only used this service before print at home existed, but I assume you’ll save time by printing the label at home: the staff just has to insert it in a plastic tag. Normally plastic tags are used to identify luggage: http://www.raileurope.com/act ivities/express-flight-luggage-to-switzerland/index.html.

    Hi,

We just used the express service sending our luggage from wengen to zermatt. The staff at station will help you with the rest with all the label and all. Your receipt will clearly mention what time your luggage will arrive at the station. Just make sure you drop it in time, it was 9am for ours same day delivery.
