Swiss cell phone carriers?

Hi - for our upcoming trip, we would like to purchase SIM cards in advance. One would be for an iPad 2, and then two cards for two cell phones. Do you know which carriers have the most reliable service in the Bernese Oberland? Also, we are trying to keep it as inexpensive as possible, especially since the cell phones will not get much use. We are hoping to find something prepaid that we can order in the USA so that we are ready to go as soon as we land. Any advice?
