Hello,

I am getting an 8 day Swiss Pass but I want to make sure I'm covered. I will spend most of my time in Basel. I know that I can use the Swiss Pass on the buses but can I also use it on the trams there or will I need another pass to ride those?

Thank you

Annika

Hi mbrown44883,

All urban transport in Basel, including trams, is free with a Swiss Pass. Here's additional information:

If you stay at a Basel Hotel you will get a card from the hotel for free use of buses and trams in Basel

Thank you both so much. Sounds like I'm covered for public transportation!

Hi again,

If you didn't buy your pass yet, be sure to check this promotion.
