which swiss rail pass gives discounts for the mountain train tours?

we are thinking of getting a 3 day swiss rail flex pass...for lugano, 2 days in lucerne, one day in zurich....

doi9ng 2 mountain tours, a lake tour in lugano and lucerne, lamat river tour in zurich

these passes are so confusing..any help is appreciated...
