Swiss Pass Travel with wrong start date

    I just buy ticket thru switzerlandtravelcentre.com and receive confirmation immediately but notice that the start date is Oct 16 instead of Oc15.

    What would be the best case to handle this?

    Cancel ticket and request for refund and re purchase with correct date? How to cancel? via email request?

    I send them email but not sure how long they will respond.

    Hi Albi,

    Sorry to hear about the issue! Yes, it’s best to contact Switzerland Travel Centre and see what they offer as a solution. They probably need to cancel the Swiss Travel Pass and issue a new one.
