Hi ! Mdm,

I bought the "Swiss Saver Flexi" pass online 9 August and I am leaving for the entire Europe trip end Sept from home.

My tickets are for 20 Oct , the standard reply message says it will be sent via DHL only 2-3 weeks before departure.

Can you advise me how I can get my tickets before I leave end Sept.

I tried sending several emails to Order Swiss Travel System <www.swisstravelsystem. com@stc.ch>; but they didnt reply.
May I know if you can help me please. Thank you very much!
