Hi.
i hv bought 2 swiss travel pass for 8 days on 4/8/2016 from www.swiss-pass.ch
I opted for e-ticket
However i have not receive any e mail to confirm my purchase despite my credit card already charged. It just makes me worry and is it a normal practice ?
I would suggest and indeed it will be a good practice for the swiss-pass to send the buyer an e - mail to confirm our purchase.
