    Dear Friends

My wife , me and our daughter ( 1 year 10 months ) are from India and looking forward to a trip to Paris , Switzerland and Vienna this June / July . We will be travelling in to Montreux from Paris and then proceed to Luzern . Our basic itenary outline is as following –

    Paris – 4 N

    Montreux – 4 N

    Luzern – 5 N

    Vienna – 5 N

We would like to cover the main locations , including few cable cars rides , scenic trains etc . We need your advise on

    Train Communication –

Do we need to buy Half Fare Card or Swiss Pass 8 days ? Will any of these be of much help ?

The TGV Lyria from Paris has a direct to Lausanne from where it connects to a local train to Montreux . Since we have an infant and few luggages , if we miss the local train , do we need to buy. Tickets again ?

We are planning Grindelwald from Luzern daytrip and so with Zermatt from Montreux . Are these doable with an infant ?

Thanks so much in advance 🙂

    Kingshuk
