I just ordered the Swiss Travel Pass through Swiss Railways with my travel to commence in Switzerland on May 19, 2016. I looked at their chart for shipping methods and used TNT Express because it said it would arrive in a matter of days from my purchase.
However, I then received a message from Swiss Railways that it should arrive 2 weeks before my departure date of May 19. The problem is that I will be entering Switzerland on May 19 from Italy. I'm leaving my residence in the U.S. for Italy on May 3.
I may very well not receive my Swiss Travel Pass before I leave home. How do I connect with them to make sure that they expedite this? The website doesn't provide any method of contact.
