Tell Pass - Cogwheel train to Pilatus included ?

Does the Tell Pass include free travel by ‘cogwheel railway’ from Alpnachstad to Pilatus ?

I ask this because your website states “Cable car from Kriens or Alpnachstad to Pilatus: free” and makes no mention of the cogwheel train.
