Jungfrau or Swiss Travel Pass for 3 days?
A traveler named Amyirwinblac is planning a 3-day trip to the Mürren, Wengen, Grindelwald, and Lauterbrunnen area. They are seeking advice on whether to purchase the 3-day Swiss Travel Pass or the Jungfrau Travel Pass and how to handle cable car tickets. They also want to know if they can buy tickets upon arrival.
- Opt for the Swiss Travel Pass for a short stay like yours; it covers your journey to the Bernese Oberland.
- For certain destinations like Jungfraujoch, you can buy discounted tickets online in advance, while others may need to be purchased upon arrival.

Hello, just a clarification question. If we are spending 3 days in the Mürren, Wengen, Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen area do we need to purchase the 3 day Swiss Train pass or the Jungfrau travel pass? I know then we will have to purchase cable car tickets but we will get a disco on those and do you buy those once you get there?
thank you
