Hi , I will be travelling to Switzerland for a week this November(10-17).
Planning to visit Interlaken , Lucerne, Lauterbrunnen. Is it a good idea to visit Jungfrau during November? if not what other places can I visit?

Sure, any season is good, but you need good weather on the day of your visit. So keep an eye on the weather forecast.
Interlaken isn't really a place for sightseeing. It's the surrounding area, including the Lauterbrunnen valley, that is worth your time.
You'll find lots of activity tips on the Bernese Oberland and Lucerne pages, but keep in mind that higher hiking trails will not accessible in November, and not all cableways run, so you will need to check the timetable.
