Hello Matchado and Welcome to MySwissAlps

You can buy a 5-day pass from any of the retailers listed at http://www.myswissalps.com/ju ngfrautravelpass/price. The reference to 3-days on that page is just to show [ricing on a consistent basis.

Or you can buy the pass when you arrive at Interlaken Station.

I’d trust MySwissAlps dates. You will certainly be OK for 2 May onwards.

First post but I’ve read lots already on this excellent site!

Thought I’d tack on a follow up question rather than starting an entirely new thread…

From what I’ve read, if the site I use gives me a voucher I’ll need to change it for an actual pass at a staffed station. We’re arriving late afternoon into Wengen and then planning to start the pass the next day – is the station in Wengen staffed and can they do passes or would we need to get them on the way in (at Lauterbrunnen while we wait for the next train up for example)?

    Hi Leroy,

Why don’t you just buy the pass at a convenient station (Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen or Wengen)? What advantage does having a voucher give you? Wengen is manned 07:00 t0 18:40.

    Hi Leroy,

Some sites indeed send a voucher, others send you the actual pass. You’ll find the options in Rockoyster’s link.

    Good question Rockoyster.

I have a travel credit that comes with an AMEX credit card that needs to be used; they can be a pain to find something useful to use it on that isn’t overpriced. Anyway, I was surprised to see I could use it for Jungrau Travel Passes, hence the voucher 🙂
