Whether condition & type of winterwear required

I plan to visit 31dt July to 4th Aug 2016 to Interlaken ( 2days with one day to Jungfru) and Lucerene ( 2 days with one day to Titlis).

What type of winter clothing, I need to carry with me (heavy winterwear or lighter one)?

Is there renting the heavy winterwear available for visit to Jungfru/ Titles? What is the normal rental cost?

What is the whether conditions in Interlaken, Jungfru, Lucerne and Titlis during these period? Will there be rain and I need to carry umbrella or raincoat?
