Hi

Here is my itinerary.

Zuric -> Broc

Broc -> Gruyeres (through Bulle) and back

Broc -> Fribourg (through Bulle) and back

Broc -> Bern

Bern -> interlaken and back

Bern -> Thun and back

Bern -> Zermatt (have to figure out options on what to do for 3 nights)

Zermatt -> Zurich

Zurich -> Baden (winter market) and back

Zurich -> Bilten (Laderach factory) and back

What are the best train options here please? The regular train table I could figure out but wanted to see if there is any chance to take panaromic trains in any of the legs above. If yes, which ones and where please? Appreciate your help.

Looking at your itinerary, most of the popular panoramic trains operate outside of your routes. But you could possibly do the RegioExpress Lötschberger from Bern to Zermatt via Brig. For details about this train: http://www.myswissalps.com/lotschberger

From Zermatt to Zurich, it is also possible to take the Glacier Express (Zermatt to Chur). In Chur there are regular trains to take you to Zurich. Hi sreraku,

You don’t need seat reservations on the Regio Express Lötschberger, just on the Glacier Express.
