We (myself my wife and 15 year old daughter) will bedriving out to Lauterbrunnen and will be travelling to Wengen probably on a daily basis for 7 days. Can we get a weekly pass for this railway line ? Can we get a weekly car parking space and take my car out as and when wei need to ? And would a regional pass for the Jungfrau region be advisable and cover us for the Lauterbrunnen to Wengen trips as well as exploring the area without the car ?
    Thanks in advance fortheadvice !

Hello Jamesw, and welcome to the forum! There are two options for a 1 week stay in the Lauterbrunnen area: either the 1 week Regional-Pass Bernese Oberland, which covers the entire Bernese Oberland, or the 6 day Jungfrau Railways Pass. The Regional-Pass Bernese Oberland covers the trip Wengen-Lauterbrunnen and a lot more. It’s especially convenient if you’ll be exploring some regions outside of the Lauterbrunnen area as well. If you’ll be traveling in September or October, this current 2 for 1 offer may be interesting to you. The Jungfrau Railways Pass may come in handy if you want to concentrate on the immediate Jungfrau region only.

There’s a large car park in Lauterbrunnen, but please note that your hotel or holiday apartment may offer (free) parking space too.

Does this get you started? Regards,
