Hi Belinda! I think you’re referring to this promotion, right: http://www.myswissalps.com/fo rum/topic/free-reservations-to-jungfraujoch-more-discounts? It’s true that weather is unpredictable, which basically goes for any season in Switzerland: http://www.myswissalps.com/we ather. October is low season though, so you shouldn’t have any problems getting tickets shortly before departure: http://www.myswissalps.com/ju ngfraujoch/tickets.
Jungfraujoch is accessible in all kinds of weather. They’ll only shut down the trains in unusually heavy storms. So yes, you can still get up there and enjoy many activities (http://www.myswissalps.com/ju ngfraujoch), but I’d definitely try to go on a clear to enjoy the stunning views.

Hi,
I would like to know about buying the tickets from Wengen to Jungfraujoch.
1. If i buy the online ticket on a particular date, ie 31/10/2019, can I use it anytime of the day on 31/10/2019?
2. What if the ticket I bought is 31/10/2019 and the weather in Jungfraujoch is foggy&cloudy on 31/10/2019 and i decided to go on 1/11/2019. Is the online ticket still valid on 1/11/2019?
3. If i can I buy the ticket from Wengen station to Jungfraujoch on the day that I want to go? Is the price the same as online in the station?

Hi Danielchng,
Welcome to MySwissAlps!
1. Yes.
2. No.
3. Yes, in October that should not be a problem, please see Annika’s answer. The online price is not always exactly the same as on the spot. It depends on the retailer, exchange rates, etc.
Have fun!
