2021 Swiss Travel Pass: any free bonus trips?

    Hello:

    I will be going to Switzerland starting the first week of October (I have my Covid shots, wish me luck). This will be my twentieth trip! On a previous trip a few years ago the pass included two temporary additional free attractions; Schynige Platte and Pilatus. Are there any hidden bonus’ in the 2021 Pass?

    Hi Jlovda,

    I’m not too sure if these are ‘extras’ – in 2021, the Swiss Travel Pass covers the full trip to Rigi and Stanserhorn (including cable cars). And as usual you get unlimited rides on Swiss public transport and up to 50% discounts on mountain railways and cable cars.     Hi Jlovda,

    The funicular up to Stoos is spectacular, and free with the Swiss Travel Pass. You’ll find it on the coverage map (see Anna’s link).
