Please correct me if I have misunderstood but by package, do you mean a rail pass? Based on your 3 days in Interlaken and if you are planning to visit the mountains listed and enjoy a boat cruise on Lake Thun or Lake Brienz. I would recommend the Jungfrau Travel Pass.
