MySwissAlps.com features ads, commercial and non-commercial Does the Berner Oberland Pass cover the trip to Zermatt and Blauherd?

It’s me again!
I started investigating purchasing the Berner Oberland Pass for our 5 day stay in Grindelwald area in June.
I purchased the to and return train tickets for ZERMATT – BLAUHERD before I realized that the Berner Oberland pass covers some travel to Zermatt. Does it cover the train up to Blauherd also?
If so, do they offer refunds for my Zermatt-Blauherd tickets since the Berner Oberland may cover that same travel?

The Berner Oberland Pass (https://www.myswissalps.com/travel-ticket/berner-oberland-pass/) does not cover anything in Zermatt. The closest it will get you to Zermatt is Brig. By taking the longer scenic route from the Interlaken area via Kandersteg to Brig you can use the pass, but no further. Please go the the BernerOberland.com web site to see exactly everything that is included. Have a wonderful trip.

As mentioned by hockeyfan, the Berner Oberland Pass does not cover the excursion from Zermatt to Blauherd (https://www.myswissalps.com/activity/sunnegga-rothorn/). You will need to purchase the excursion ticket at full fare (unless you have a Swiss Half Fare Card or Swiss Travel Pass).
