    It is a very short train ride from Interlaken to Wilderswil and then you will need a separate ticket to go up on the cogwheel train to Schynige Platte. It is a great trip and well worth the time—beautiful views especially if you walk up to Daube lookout.

    Depending on where you start the journey you can take a bus to Wilderswil, and cut out the short train hop on the BOB railway
