Hi Iewois, welcome to MySwissAlps!
Yes, you can buy the Swiss Half Fare Card at any staffed station, including Geneva. Buying it online is more convenient though, as you can print the card at home and skip the ticket office. Also it can be a franc or two cheaper: http://www.myswissalps.com/sw isshalffarecard/price. Discounted tickets can then be purchased from the machine or also online. All of that is especially convenient if you have a tight connection. There’s a train onward to Lausanne and beyond in 10 minutes, for example.
Have a wonderful trip!

Hello Iewois,
I just noticed your question on Facebook. If you order via https://shop.switzerla ndtravelcentre.com/#/e n/home, you can enter your family name in the “last name” field, and the rest of your name in the “first name” field. The main thing is that the name on the Swiss Half Fare Card and your passport are identical. That will be ok if you do it like this.
Enjoy your trip!

Hi,
Thank you very much for your prompt reply. I would like to get the pass from happyrail.com, at the purchase page there is only first name and last name. I have hereby attached with the screenshot of the purchase page and my passport. Appreciate from your verification before I hit the buy button.
Thank you very much. Much appreciated!

Hi Iewois,
You’re welcome! It looks good to me. It’s just that their website displays the family name last, and your passport shows it first. But the name as a whole is the same. More importantly, the passport number is ok too.
