Hi just wondering is it better to go from Zurich or Luzern to visit the Maison Callier Factory? We are using trains for our trip.

You might also be interested to visit the Lindt Home of Chocolate in Zurich. It’s closer and you can combine the visit with a boat cruise on Lake Zurich: https://www.myswissalps.com/activity/boat-lake-zurich/

If you prefer a chocolate museum close to Lucerne, I recommend  the Chocoworld Aescbach in Root, about 15 minutes by train from Lucerne.
